A non refundable deposit of $250 will be payable at the time this
agreement is signed.
Full payment will be made two weeks before the wedding
A $35 fee will be assessed for any returned checks.
The customer agrees that any changes to the date of this contract will be
based on the availability of Pillar Video.
Cancellation of this agreement must be in WRITING. Verbal cancellations
are not accepted. Should the customer cancel this agreement within 30 days of
the event date, the customer agrees to pay Pillar Video the balance due in
full.
In the event of severe illness, injury or weather,. each shall hold the
other harmless for failure to perform their obligation under this agreement..
The customer is liable for any damage done to Pillar Video equipment by
themselves, their guests and or agents(s).
1 suitable meal will be provided.
Pillar Video retains all rights to the master copy, for use as demo
purposes.
